I honestly thought it would be interesting, what Sakura would look like in Naruto and Naruto Shippuden if her personality was the opposite. The battle axe is there, because I think she, the opposite Sakura, deserves a little something extra other than having her strength and her medical stuff she does.

I like the concept of this fanart,you did a good job 
and if you think about it the opposit of sakura's personality would make her out to be straight-foward, serious and maybe even a little cruel...because in the beginning of the series she was vain and emotional,I cant help thinking that if she was a little more mature people would ease up on the hate...she got better in shippuden though so I dont see the problem
